MzScheme and MrEd are now version 369.6 in the SVN repository trunk.

BEWARE: Files saved with this version of DrScheme cannot be read in
previous versions of DrScheme --- unless you manually remove the
`#reader("read.ss""wxme")’ prefix in the file.

But if you save a program in DrScheme that uses comment boxes,
fractions, XML boxes, Scheme boxes, and/or text boxes, then MzScheme
can still load it, Setup PLT can still compile it, etc.
