get-clipboard-bitmap in clipboard<%>

Gets the current clipboard contents as a bitmap (Windows, Mac OS), returning #f if the clipboard does not contain a bitmap.

• (send a-clipboard get-clipboard-bitmap time) -> bitmap% object or #f
   time : exact integer
