This is a gzipped TAR archive. If you use recent GNU tar, then you
can unpack it with a single tar xvzf mz-103p1-bin-i386-kernel.tgz command.
Otherwise you need to gunzip the file first using
gunzip mz-103p1-bin-i386-kernel.tgz, then unpack the resulting file with
tar xvf mz-103p1-bin-i386-kernel.tar.
